At Bravacious, we don’t believe in using a tape measure. Shape, size, volume and spacing play a role in determining which size is best for you, which a tape measure can’t calculate. That is why we suggest a fitting before buying our bras.
- The strap around your body should be firm, but comfortable. When fitting a new bra, it should always be fastened on the loosest hook. Over time, your bra will stretch and as it does, you can make it tighter by fastening onto the next hook.
- The strap should lie horizontal, making sure that the back does not ride up.
- The wires in the front should lie flat against your rib cage. They should not poke or stick out in the front.
- Your boobs should not overflow out of the cup, either on the top or on the side.
